The Department of Commerce was started in the year October 2020 in response to ever demand exist for Commerce education. The Department aims at providing academic excellence with value additions and equips the students with the essential skills to envisage the challenges of the business world. The undergraduate programme adopts the Bharathiar University Syllabus. The department is supported by adequate faculty members. A fully established library with latest text books and referred Journals are provided to facilitate knowledge. To enhance the students skill set programs like webinars, business quizzes, cultural activities are conducted as a part of academic activities.

வணிக துறையில் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் தொடர் தேவைகளை ஈடுசெய்யும் பொருட்டு இக் கல்லூரியில் கடந்த அக்டோபர் 2020 இல் பி.காம் வணிகவியல் இள நிலை பட்ட படிப்பு துவங்கப்பட்டது. வழக்கமான பாடங்களுடன் மாணவிகளின் அத்தியாவசிய திறன்களை மேம்படுத்துவதற்காக திறன் சார்ந்த பயிற்சிகள் வழங்குவதுடன், அவர்களுக்கு வணிக உலகின் சவால்களை எதிர்கொள்ளும் வகையில் இணையவழி பயிற்சிகள் வழங்கப்படுகிறது. இத்துறை நூலகத்தில் முழு அளவில் அனைத்து பாட புத்தகங்கள் மாணவிகளின் பயண்பாட்டுக்காக அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. துறை மற்றும் கல்லூரி நிக்ழ்ச்சிகள், கருத்தரங்கம், விளையாட்டு போன்றவற்றில் கலந்து கொள்ள மாணவிகள் ஊக்குவிக்கப்படுகிறார்கள்.
